How do you factor this equation

a^2-b^2+25+10a . The answer is (a-b+5)(a+b+5) and I understand how you can expand the answer to get the question, but I don't how to factor the question to get the answer.

a^2-b^2+25+10a 

a^2 +10a +25 -b^2                 Terms rearranged

(a+5)^2 -b^2                         Using (a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab on a^2 +10a +25

(a+5-b)(a+5+b)                         Using a^2-b^2 =(a+b)(a-b) on
