Bartex company was having a challenging moment in 2015 because it experienced lower
productivity and the top management demanded a report from the HRM department addressing
the matter. It was evident that high employee turnover was the primary reason for reduced
productivity. According to the findings, employees left because they felt that the posts they held
did not match their skills. They also left because of poor working conditions, lack of motivation,
and limited chances of career growth and advancement. It was recommended that Bartex had to
improve its working conditions and compensation structure. Also, the company needed to
improve its job designs to ensure that it attracts qualified employees in different areas. Lastly, the
company had to improve its motivational strategies to ensure that employees remain motivated to
