Interview Questions and findings
• How do you handle stressful situations?
• I try as much as possible to understand the situation first.
• I then create a positive attitude towards the situation.
• After attitude formation is when I take action

• Do you have to be empathetic to be a psychiatrist?
• Yes. It helps build trust between you and your patient.
• It helps you to understand the client's situation better
• Helps your clients feel more secure and comfortable

Interview Questions and findings
• When you first started, what type of impact did you want to make in this

industry?
• I was motivated by personal experience, which made me want to help those who were on the
verge of falling into depression and giving up. My vision was to provide help and ensure we
live in a sober and mentally healthy nation.

• Psychiatric providers are high demand right now across the entire country.
Why do you think that is?
• It is due to the rising population and the deteriorating economy that leaves most people
jobless and unable to make ends meet. Thus, the number of mentally ill patients has
continued to rise, hence creating a demand for psychiatrists.

Interview Questions and findings
• What is the most difficult part of being a psychiatrist?
• As you are aware, my job as a psychiatrist is all about couching.

• Patients' recovery is mostly based on how they respond to what they are told and
encouraged to do to ease the situation.

• The toughest part of my job is seeing a patient struggling to be better, but the only
thing you can do is provide encouragement and nothing else.

Interview Questions and findings
• What patient population do you deal with most?
• It has come to my attention as a psychiatrist that I have dealt with many youths over the
years compared to the elderly.

• According to my discovery, I think it is because of the rising number of jobless youth
who engage in unwanted behaviors that drive them into depressions.

• The expensive economy is also one of the reasons for the rising number of mentally ill
youths.

Interview Questions and findings
• How do you maintain professional composure during a session with a

patient?
• Staying passionate and not allowing emotions to take control is one thing I do to maintain
composure during my sessions.

• Staying positive is another thing I always ensure to achieve in my sessions with patients.
• Being courageous and willing to listen to the patients is another thing that helps me maintain
composure during my session with clients.

• I would like to thank you for giving me ample time and paying attention during my
presentation.

The End
I would like to thank you for giving me ample time and paying attention during
my presentation
