There are many types of discrimination. In my experience the ones that manifests itself the most is race and gender. I work for a national laboratory that are mostly male scientist from all over the world that come to our facility to work on experiments that they use to change the world. The majority of our population are males. They are of all ethnicity and older. As a black woman in the workplace I have had to deal with subtle racial and gender comments.
