The covid pandemic resulted into reduced sales volume of the company;

revenue.

Customer relationship management is a supply chain concept that help improve customer
service hence enabling the company to achieve its customer satisfaction objectives.

The fast and efficient transport and storage system is a logistics management concept that
enables the organization to improve customer service and satisfaction due to quick
delivery of goods and services.

Improving customer relationship management is expected to result into increased sales
attributed to improved customer satisfaction.

Effective and efficient transport system will possibly enable the organization to fasten its
production and sales rate thus making increasing its revenue.
