In the modern day society the market environment has become more complex thus the need to
for the business to be equipped with the right information about the world and also the existing
and modern customer needs that the business should take care of. The CRM of a particular
organization should be able to outline various market components that will enable the sales team
to follow to the latter towards the achievements of good sales returns.
The CRM should clearly indicate who the customers are. This will be able to know who
the target customers are. When the sales force understands its willing buyers as well as potential
target customers then the sales force will ho direct to the clients and be able to deliver.
The CRM of the company also should enrich the sales force with knowledge discovery
program. The target customer is well analyzed to come up with exact feature of the customer
needs. The customer is a very “complicated” when it comes to the various needs and demands he
or she wants be delivered to by the business. The business should equip its sales force with point

The technology I would use is the smartphone. This is because its mobility is high and every
