you are a small business and when you are focusing on only a few clients. However, when a
business begins to grow and a company begins to expand this is almost impossible to handle on
paper. When you consider all of the people that Westcoast is dealing with including the suppliers
and the clients it is very easy to see how a piece of paper getting lost could completely destroy
the business model and mean that it will not be possible for them to be able to keep up.

One of the greatest risks also seems to be that there is a huge problem with the fact that if one of
those little pieces of paper gets lost and an invoice goes unpaid, there is also a chance that there
is going to be a problem with the deliveries and the supply coming into the company. What that
means is that there has never been a more important need than now to sit down and to digitize
the process so that it is possible for the business owner to know what is going in and out of his
company at any time.
