There are three forms of government systems; the federal, unitary, and confederal
systems. A national system is one where power is shared between a central government and the
states.in this case, both the federal and state governments, work together to benefit all citizens
(Rao, 2020). While on the other hand, the unitary system has only one power point: the central

government is controlling the states. In a unitary system, there is no sharing of power among
states or counties. The national government has all the power. And lastly, the confederal system
is one in which the weak and lower governments and states agree to be ruled by one central
