relevant to patients and their medical histories under care providers. The Electronic Health
Records eases the work of clinicians by making access of patient information to clinicians easier
and makes the relationship between patients and care providers stronger. Health care providers
easily access information in a timely manner making them to make informed decisions when
providing health care. Electronic Health Records makes medical records accurate leading to the
minimization of medical errors. Workplace for providers is streamlined and coordinated as the
