You are tasked with hiring a new systems analyst at your company. One candidate has excellent technical credentials, but does not think customer service is important.

the problem is you may have very customer services but little butter technical skills  therefore how can you fix the problem if you does  not know fix it, there fore customer services is no use.now you have a complaint from the customer as you have not fix the problem. 

in my eyes both are important. depending on what type of IT job it is you can throw in a litter mangement  and business skills.
