Numerous intakes would take place in an organization. The intake interview comprises
questions that help gather information to ensure that the service provider has provided effective
services to all the clients. During an interview, effective communication is one of the keys that
ensures that all the information has been addressed. Besides, effective communication helps in
identifying shortcomings that may cause challenges to society. During the introduction interview,
the interview should arrange the order through which activities should follow each other. This will
help ensure that all the requirements in an interview have been met; furthermore, it will help in
easing interview procedures.
Another aspect that would help archive useful interview introduction would be through
understanding your boundaries and the client's limits. This will help in collecting all the
information that an individual would require. For an effective interview, one should understand
the client's feeling to learn the challenge they are facing.
