His is also NPR's TV Critic and Media Analyst for MSNBC/NBC News.

We had a wide ranging conversation today, but I'd like to give you two prompts on which to reflect and engage with this lecture.

Prompt #1: Eric discusses how he goes about creating a 3-4 minute review of a television series in an almost step-by-step manner. Create your own review of a television program that you love, hate, or are just trying to explain. It can be audio, video, or written, although audio is preferred as that is his main medium. Do a great job and I'll get make sure he hears it and gives you feedback!

Prompt #2: On Twitter, people have been encouraging Eric to moderate the next debate (if there ever is one). In our conversation, he talks about what's wrong with how the debates have been moderated and how he'd do it differently. What do you think? Is he right? What would you do as moderator?

Prompt # 1: Television Program Review

NCIS is an exciting and mind-blowing series that has gathered interest and attention from
drama and crime lovers. The twist and turns amid the action based on how the military handles
investigations continue attracting more viewers who wish to explore investigative series that
carry adult humor. It is interesting how characters in the series interact with each other as they
try to create a better environment for citizens by solving crime through a step by step yet
unpredictable process. The storyline follows the characters by looking into their professional
lives and personal attributes, an element crucial in enhancing the story's body. The series is
similar to its predecessor but takes on investigating crimes committed by marine and navy
officials.
Agent Gibbs, whose offstage name is Mark Harmon, takes the role of being in charge of
ground matters by leading a group of skilled officials in crime investigation. Gibbs is a guy who
hardly smiles and likes to choose his way of administering his team, a peculiar character not
expected from someone in the military department...
