Discuss the 3-4 topics that you think are most important in the book

The Anatomy of Peace is one of the most influential and informational book on management
of emotions and behavior in relationship building.
•
It is a well-crafted book with many examples and ideologies to help readers grasp how one’s
point of view towards others as well as opinions affects relationship building (Arbinger
Institute, 2015, p. 34).
•
One of the topics that had great influence on me is section 6 on “Escalation.” This section
focusses on one’s view of the world as a determining factor in developing relationships.
•
Another section that was influential on me was section 7 on “the right thing and the right
way.”
•
Another section that was informational was section 11 on “a need for war.”
•
Apart from the above, section 15 on “Apologies” is another influential section in the book.

leadership

This book and these topics in particular have helped me to understand the need to have a
positive worldview about others as well as their opinions as a first step towards forming and
maintaining strong relations with others.

This book contains influential instructions to leaders considering that leaders are
predominantly required to interact with others and show them guidance.
