According to Christians’ Biblical narrative, human beings and all worldly things were
created by God. Therefore, God has dominion over everything that happens globally, including
the various diseases people suffer from. According to this perspective, only God can heal the
diseases, and therefore human medical interventions may not necessarily matter. This belief is
held by some of the staunch Christian faithful who do not even seek medical services from the
hospitals since they believe that only God can heal them.
For instance, some followers of certain denominations do not immunize their young ones
or seek any medical services. They believe that diseases can be cured through prayer, and the
dead can also be brought back to life. This debate has gained popularity and controversy,
