- What are some of the components of these cultures that you need to understand from a business standpoint?
- How are they different in each country? Specifically, what considerations will be necessary to facilitate collaboration across these cultures? Identify supervisory skills appropriate to respond to your considerations.

Introduction
Different nations have different cultural practices and challenges in regards to business; following
such reasons, international business has become a vital area that has to be dealt with much care
(Buckley & Casson, 2019). These cultural practices will be discussed in the three different
countries, which include the Middle East, India, and Latin America. Besides that, this paper will
aid in how to apply the U.S management style in the different cultural practices (Saudi Arabia,
India, and Mexico), how to classify the economic system and how to come up with a strategic
business plan for businesses in these countries.
Components of culture that one needs to understand from a business standpoint.
Culture refers to the way of living of people; it is an umbrella that encompasses human societies'
social behavior and norms. From a business point of view, the main critical cultural components
that one should understand include; symbols, language, norms, values, and artifacts and among
others (Su, 2019). These cultural elements differ in different countries.
Differences in culture among the three countries
Mexico, India, and Saudi Arabia comprise different cultural elements that are a result of
differences in people's living standards and lifestyles. Basing on the cultural elements, the three
