An airplane is flying 10,000 feet above the ground at an angle of depression of 15°. How far must the plane fly in order to land? Round your answer to the nearest foot

We use sin 15 = vertical/ hypotenuse

Hypotenuse = 10000/tan 15

                     = 10000/0.2588

                    =38640 feet 

Airplane has to fly 38640 feet to land to the nearest foot
