Effective communication techniques can vary by your industry. For example, effective communication in the office is effective to ensure that everyone is on the right page and is performing the task at hand. In essence, when everyone communicates on an objective level, they establish themselves as driven leaders. Leaders are able to motivate others to lead and inspire others to work hard and effectively. In addition, another example would be in the fast food industry. Each team member communicates with the other to ensure that food is prepared properly, orders are punched through and everyone can enjoy themselves within the company of the working environment. A final example is when a teacher is motivating their students to do their homework and to strive to get the highest marks possible because they want to see the student succeed, ultimately. The students typically view the teacher as a leader who can inspire and teach students to grow and learn through academia and real-life situations.
