This is a learning and teaching preparation it involves systematic planning, developing,
evaluating and managing the instructional process based on the learning principles. It helps the
instructors to classify his or her learners needs (langran, university, baker, & esri, 2015). Proper
planning ensures the best method of course administration in terms of knowledge delivery while
upholding the standards of learning. It indicates what, why and how the learning plan will be

During the research, the learners work as a team and also
interacts with players in all levels of life this introduces
students to work with interact with other leaders,
professionals, and other community members.

Learners are expected to interact both internally and externally in

class working as a group and collaboration with other professionals in
other programs exposes them to diverse sources.
Breaking class to research groups, discussion groups, presentations
both as a group and individual presentation will maintain an active
learning environment. Working with small groups will help in
identifying the weak students and address the difficult with ease. This
will ensure understanding, creativity, and application of learned
concepts. The individual presentation will give a more reliable
feedback on the understanding and application of the concepts.
