Description of the Organization
The organization that the description will be based on is the BridgeHealth Organization,
which offers various healthcare services, including surgery and other essential healthcare services.
The organization is doing well, and it provides quality healthcare services that are affordable to all
the patients. As a result f the quality and cheap services that are rendered, most people who are
sick are seeking their health services at the facility. This, in turn, has enabled the organization to
increase its revenue since with more patients visiting the facility; it leads to an increase in the
revenue collected, thus increasing the profit made by the organization (Lacobelli et al., 2018).
The current state of the HIT workflow for the organization
The current state of the HIT workflow in the organization is not good since the organization
should be doing better than its current performance if the workflow was good. The individual
employees and the organizational units do not have clear communication regarding how various
tasks within the organization should be carried out. As a result, the performance of the organization
