Therefore, the industry can be described as a growing industry. Since various companies exist in the industry, the company will ensure the provision of quality products at an affordable rate for consumers to gain a competitive advantage. The approach of considering customers as the main stakeholders and organizing our business structure to be consumer-centric will help in gaining a competitive advantage, penetrating the market, and gaining a positive reputation. This will be effective in the success of the business since it will ensure an increase in sale, penetration to the market, and creation of a positive reputation. On employment, we will focus on both technical and soft skills. People with experience in the industry will help in the management of the company. Personally, I have both technical and soft skills to learn a business. With entrepreneurship skills, I can review the market and suggest the best approach that needs to be taken. The main competitive advantage of most firms in the industry is on market share. By 2018, the Saudi Arabia construction market was at 32.6 billion dollars and expected to increase (Sarhan et al., 2018). Therefore, there are several major players in the industry that have been dominating the industry. On the legal form of ownership, the business will operate as a partnership since it will help in retaining full ownership and easier to acquire capital. 3. Products and Services The company will be offering quality construction products and services. We will ensure that most of the construction material is available to customers. On services, we will major on the construction of real estates since the industry is growing. Quality services will help in gaining a competitive advantage over most companies in the industry.
