(you are not writing these)Based on your review of the website, what is the resort's Target Market? Using what you learned about Personas in Module 2, create a Persona for one of the target markets. Make sure you keep this Persona in mind while you complete this project.Write a Service Promise for the organization based on what you learn from the website. If the organization has an identifiable Mission, Vision, and Values, the Service Promise will flow from them. If the organization doesn’t have an identifiable Mission, Vision, and Values, take what you learned from the website marketing to develop one. (What does their marketing indicate is important from a service perspective?)Review your earlier work on the Employee Experience and the feedback you received from your instructor. Modify this experience so that it flows from your Service Promise.Review your Customer Journey Map assignment.
