Management churning (frequent turnover of management) tends to have what effect on people's interest and enthusiasm for proposed changes?

Oct 19th, 2014

It all depends on how the market does. For example, if a product market matures, people are more interested in purchasing products that are the most attractive and therefore will lead to an increase and proposed growth in revenue for the company that sells said product. Typically, churning means that the turnover of management is high and people may feel a sense of instability because of all the frequent changes. It also takes away from a company's reputation since the newly appointed management may change the way things are done in the company that could attract new customer but lose many other valued ones.
