woman in the bathtub had been thrown into it. The extrapolate blood spatter was therefore
formed as a probable result of blood being forced from the nose or the mouth. This is evident
from the clear dilution of the color of the stain in the tub which could have been diluted from
mucus, saliva, or other excretory liquids like sweat.
Image 2: Non Spatter-Irregular margin- These blood stains do not have an evident elliptical or
circular component. They therefore seem to have been smeared or splashed in from the main
source of blood during the transfer of the major source of blood. They have therefore formed
irregular patterns of spatters that are large, small and irregular in shape. It is also possible that
these spatters could have been as a result of a piece of cloth wiping off a large spatter and what is
at the surface of the toilet is what remained from the wiping that was not thorough.

the dropping of a drop of blood which fell on the floor to form this stain. This stain was not
wiped off and did not come into contact with any surface and its exposure to light therefore led
