As we can see from figure 

Sine (theta) = height / 50 ft

Sine (65 degree) = height / 50 ft

Now 

height = 50 * Sine (65 degree)

height = 50 * 0.9063

Height = 45.315 ft

Hence the height of the building is 45.315 ft.
