For this Assignment you will perform a Personal SWOT Analysis to examine your potential skills as a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
(SWOT = Strengths - Weaknesses - Opportunities - Threats)
Please review Chapters 1, 4, 12, 13, 17, and 18. The various characteristics and skills needed to be a successful Real Estate Agent are discussed or mentioned in these chapters. You may use the textbook for this course as one of your references.
If you are unfamiliar with how to conduct a SWOT analysis, here are some excellent resources to assist you.
Once you are familiar with how to conduct a SWOT analysis, write your own for your paper. You do need an introduction and a conclusion paragraph. Please separate your SWOT into 4 sections: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. If you create a chart outlining these four areas you may include the chart as a diagram.
**Do not just create a list. The paper must include complete sentences in fully formed paragraphs.

Strengths
An individual’s strengths as regards attributes are priceless when it comes to their career
life. Looking forward to a successful profession in the real estate agency market, some of my
personality strengths will give me a competitive advantage.
Client research
As a real Estate agent, research on the different target clients and the ability to present
targeted marketing based on an individual’s needs is priceless (Thomas, 2020). Much more is it
beneficial if one can relate at a more personal level with different clients, making it flawless to
engage and identify with the preferences of the target client. Also, research enables you to
customize the property to suit community preferences and choices hence satisfying their
demands and needs.
Commitment
To a worthy cause is an essential attribute in this line of business since Clients require
agents that will not only help them realize their dream properties but also pocket-friendly deals
(Thomas, 2020). Showing up extra early on appointments show a great sense of responsibility
