Not all affirmative action policies create reverse discrimination but some create discrimination within the country itself. For example, in Canada and the United States, there is a tendency for corporations to hire foreign workers at a cheaper price, which eliminates the opportunity for Canadian to get jobs. Another is when a member of another culture immigrates to another country and fails to respect and uphold their own laws and practices. In essence, what happens is that these people believe that the laws of their country should be implemented in a country with a free and democratic society.
