leadership through two crucial factors that affect teams' effectiveness: knowledge
acquisition and knowledge sharing. The study's findings also demonstrate the
importance of practicing strategic leadership in the workforce and enhancing team
effectiveness, showing its role in facilitating long-term success. The conclusions were
that municipal teamwork was affected by strategic leadership, which improves team
effectiveness. The study's validity and reliability are supported by the data collection and
analysis method using Smart PLS. The authors also rely on external peer-reviewed
articles to support their arguments. Finally, the authors identify the study's limitations,
which they note down at the end of the paper. They conclude by giving
recommendations on how to overcome such limitations in future research.
