development strategy which aims at rebranding the company in all aspects to adapt in the ever
growing competition in the industry. The company will conduct an assessment process which
will try to identify the training and changes which need to take place for the organization to
adapt and remain to be competitive. The needs assessment will aim at determining the
organizational priorities, makes improvements and improve the allocation of resources to

The needs assessment will cover three areas; the first one will involve the organizational

organization to use in training the workers of different departments to adapt to the changes.
