All individuals are sadists; the extent of sadism varies from person to person. Sadism can
be defined as an act of inflicting pain and making the other individual suffer from sexual
gratification. A person who is sadistic enjoys inflicting pain for their pleasure. Sadists enjoy
seeing their victims wriggle from fear and terror (Schurman-Kauflin, 2013). A sadist will always
impose pain on their victims to see how they react from that experience. Tears from the victims'
faces, the fear in their eyes, how those victims are pleading for mercies stimulate the sadists.
Sadists torment their victims to boost their self-worth and their outstanding ego. In torturing,
those victim's sadist feels God-like as they have comprehensive control over destitute
individuals.
The most horrible forms of these individuals are murderers and sadistic serial killers.
These individuals devote subsists thinking and imagining about inflicting pain to make their
victims suffer more. Their primary purpose of living is inflicting harm and danger to individuals
and avoiding capture by the law enforcers. These serial killers can be sometimes termed as lust
murder. Lust murder is a type of homicide where the criminal offender pursues sensual
satisfaction by killing innocent individuals (Schurman-Kauflin, 2013). Serial killers can perform
this type of crime either by killing their individuals during sexual activities or by mutilation of
the victim's body part or their sexual organs or by killing them through strangulation. Mutilation
of the victim's body can be through disembowelment.
