- Select at least three reasons that companies design and implement recognition and reward programs, and explain how positive recognition benefits employees and companies.
- Identify the best practices that should be incorporated in a program to recognize and reward employees, and justify their inclusion in the program.
- Explain the benefits of effectively communicating recognition program information to employees before, during, and after the recognition process takes place.
- Prepare a narrated PowerPoint (or similar) slide presentation synthesizing all of the groups answers to questions a, b, and c. The presentation must be a minimum of 6 slides in length, not counting the title or references slides. The title slide must list the group members.
