Introduction
According to Byun et al. (2020), falls are among the significant determinant of older
people's health conditions since they significantly contribute to traumatic brain injuries and
fractures, among other severe impacts. Falls are considered to be a severe public health issue
because they account for the deterioration of health in more than 30% of elderly patients every
year. Byun et al. (2020) claim that falls among older people may sometimes result in death or
disability among the victims, and therefore it is necessary to avoid such impacts by addressing
