INTERNSHIP REPORT

Brief Summary
This internship report centred on the internship program of Zaad. I had completed as a
prerequisite of my Saudi Electronic University in Zaad Global Community, under the Human
Resource Division. Each hour spent in the HRD brought me a certain amount of insight all the
time, all of which cannot be described in words as being new to the realistic, corporate world
climate. But they're all valuable for my profession, nevertheless. This article discusses the
operation of HR. Group, the future divisions and delivery of jobs in an HRD, the recruiting
process, training and growth programs, how to inspire workers, managing dereliction of duty,
pay and profit planning, how-to guide, etc. My personal opinions on the HRD and my additional
contribution to the HRD are included in the report. I tried my level best to create this report as
accessible as possible with little information and expertise and converted the experience of the
real-world into a text. In a business setting, the different limitations to method enhancement and
protection of ethical values have already been encountered. Yet even then, this report discusses
how specific strategies and procedures are in-line with the business plan. The organization was
created in 2011 AD where we were completely prepared to undertake some particular general
project contracting and distribution of building materials and Allekeromekaneka, And we'll need
to extend the domain and set up the remainder of the parts, such as alarm systems,
communications networks, and internet systems, to other regions.

Acknowledgement
A perfect platform for learning and career growth was the internship experience I had with
Zaad Global Company. Therefore, when I was offered an opportunity to be part of it, I regard
myself as a really blessed guy. I am also thankful for getting the ability to encounter so many
great individuals and experts who have guided me through this time of the internship.
Taking into account previously, I am using this chance to convey my most profound appreciation
and special thanks to the Zaad Global Community MD who, despite being extremely busy with
his duties, took time to hear, direct and hold me on the right track and encourage me to work out
my task at their valued organization and to expand it during the practice. My heartfelt gratitude
to Yasmeen Morshed, Zaad Global Group Operations Executive. For getting involved in helpful
decision-making and delivering the requisite assistance and recommendation, and coordinating
all facilities to make things simpler. I chose this opportunity to remember her commitment to
gratefully.
I see this chance as a significant step in the growth of my career. To accomplish desired job
ambitions, I will aspire to utilize learned knowledge and expertise in the best possible manner,
and I will continue to focus on their development. (Fruwert, 2013)
