LP9.2 Assignment: EHR System PowerPoint

Directions: You are to choose an EHR system to research using your text, scholarly articles, and the Internet. You must first obtain approval for the system through your instructor. The project must be completed as a PowerPoint presentation. The presentation will need to at minimum address the following:

  • The name of the system.
  • Is it web-based or a stand-alone product?
  • Can it be purchased in modules?
  • What is the cost?
  • Can it be upgraded?
  • Can it be integrated with a practice management system?
  • If you called the company-were they friendly and helpful?
  • Who provides the training?  Is it free?
  • Would you recommend adopting it?

Use this template to create the PowerPoint presentation which will need to contain a title slide, 6 content slides, and a conclusion. Submit this assignment to your instructor via the dropbox "LP9.2 Assignment: EHR System PowerPoint." This assignment is worth 100 points and will be graded according to the scoring guide below.
