Question One
An idea is described as a thought that can be implemented and used in the achievement of
a specific objective. Creativity, on the other hand, is the use of these ideas to create something.
Once a person has created, he or she is referred to as an innovator. An example of an idea is the
creation of a nanny network. The world has diversified to the point where women are also busy.
After giving birth, most women want to rest at their homes' comfort and still pursue their careers
(Desai, 2013). A nanny network is a problem-solving idea as it helps solve the problem of no
nannies and unsatisfied mother. These nannies are selected from a group of people who have
specific characteristics and traits needed by these mothers. The organization ensures that there

person's ability to deeply look at something and understand it from different contexts (Desai,
2013). In most cases, many people are not insightful. To influence insight, the company should

emphasize the importance of paying keen attention to details. The organization should train their
employees on identifying the hidden factors pertinent to the business. Creativity, on the other
hand, can be influenced by the organization by encouraging people to create. The organization
should emphasize the importance of tapping into your passions and inspirations to enable the
creation of a creative force. Agility, on the other hand, comes into context when it comes to
thinking and acting quickly. A critical factor in problem-solving in some cases is the ability to
think and act quickly. This helps reduce the affect rate and helps in the management of the
problem.
Question Three
Failure can act as great teaching strategy for the organization. It helps people reflect on
their failures and those of others and aids in the understanding the business better. Once a person
has failed, he or she is capable of understanding the various factors that might have influenced
failure. For example, a person understands the importance of creating the right team, the
importance of researching investments, and even the ...
