- Again considering the car showcase, by what method may industry members (automakers, parts producers, innovation creators) work together to convey new car capacities, similar to programmed braking or in-auto stimulation? By what method may the joint efforts contrast when managing life-security issues like programmed braking versus excitement highlights?
- Banks are experiencing a troublesome time of changing in accordance with dependably on access to cash and data. Question No # 1
The automotive industry has seen new developments regarding the complexity of
processes with the aim of increasing safety of both the driver and passenger. New developments
signalized by the introduction of the electronic braking system have gone a long way to ensuring
that other auto brands feel challenged in the light of increased competition, (Kong, C). The
automatic braking systems aim at replacing or merely complementing already existing safety
belts and airbags. However, with increased competition, the intellectual property (IP) of auto
companies has to receive more protection concerning new inventions and brands. Such
protection issued through the protection of copyrights such as contracts, mergers, artworks and
written works which identify each firm as the primary creator thus owning exclusive ownership
rights. Copyrights will ensure that only the specified owner is allowed to produce and distribute
the cars.
Besides, protection of patent rights will include the use of trade and production licenses
issued by Trademark and patent centers distributed throughout the US. Private information
including process, products and trade secrets of each auto firm will receive security through the
use of programs and contracts with the federal law. Besides, companies that integrate high-tech
cameras and sensors to complement the automatic braking system distinguish themselves from
those companies that only implement the automatic braking system. Thus, such businesses can
be singled out and protected, (Kong, C).
Also, the system will include the protection of trademarks. The logo of a company refers
to its brand which distinguishes the products and services the company offers from those
provided by its competitors. Therefore, enterprises that provide vehicles that have integrated the
automatic braking system will be required to register their brands with the federal and state
government which provide protection of a company`s product from being copied by another
organization.
