Customer returns are one measure of poor quality, and they cause the company to experience less than achievable performance, both operationally and financially. Research the topic of “Quality”, specifically as it relates to business performance. What other factors contribute to high quality and what can a business do to proactively design superior quality into its products and services, and monitor their success?
