first you need to know the diameter of the wheel(which you have not indicated),to calculate the circumference of the wheel, covered by one revolution then divide " 50m *time taken in hours" by the circumference to get the number of revolutions made in an hour.Since time is in hours ,multiply the result by 60 minutes since an hour has 60 minutes to get the number of revolutions made in meters/minute
