You need to know how much NaOH you expect to use. 
Supposing it's 100 ml: 

(0.100 L) x (0.16 mol/L NaOH) x (1 mol KHC8H4O4 / 1 mol NaOH) x (204.2220 g KHC8H4O4/mol) = 3.27g KHC8H4O4 

So you should expect to use 3.27 g KHC8H4O4 per 100 ml of NaOH titrant.
