Question 1

No, I can't entirely agree with the statement. The retention of the employees is crucial for
consideration by the companies whether the company is making money or not. Even though
money is a motivating factor in most companies, it should not be the sole reason for retaining the
employees in the organization (Delery & Roumpi, 2017). The process of retaining the employees
should consider non-monetary factors such as good performance in the organization. The

organization. During the growth stage, the companies should rather retain the high-skilled

jobs are run through systems that require good knowledge of computers. Additionally, there is a
transformation from the manually operated machines to the computer-operated ones prompting

the managers to require the soft skills in computing. The current machines used in the companies
require heavy computer literacy as opposed to the usual manual knowledge for operation.
Secondly, the increasing trend in international competition has advised the requirement
for managerial jobs. The employees must have good knowledge of the competition faced by the
company (Adamova, Soukupova, Dostalova, & Krninska, 2018). Therefore, the employees
should have a good education and know-how of the emerging trends within the organizational
industry. Most companies are serving in very competitive industries and thus requires employees
