At some time past midnight Wormy was still smoking and was narrating to the others about his time in jail and how had been stabbed in the head. Shortly afterwards he silenced but as soon as he finished he stood over Wormy and shouted at him. However, the rest of the group was fast at defending him. Similarly, it is evident that several generations of the area (Venice of America) lie in one house, and there is a feeling of togetherness. The group then begins discussing and pointing out the changes that have been occurring in Venice of America. Also currently nobody in Venice gets rich out of the drugs rather all they do is sit and get high. The scene shifts back to the morning where Lil Sleeper and Yogi are featured in the same room in the morning. Yogi hears a noise at the door; he peeps from the window as tradition. His room acts as a reporting room for a smaller gang, which is part of the V-13. The members have to check in at the door before they are let in the room. They then proceed to the front door where they are let in by his mother. Most of the time the mother thinks that they are watching TV or playing video games. However, they are busy smoking the drugs. One time a fight breaks out in yogi’s room when sleeper busts in as the yogi and margarita are showing what they earned. He states that it is not his responsibility to stop the gang.
