As described the shots emanated from a 22 caliber gun with small bullets. Later, it was found out that the leader of a famous gang known as V-13. The leader of the gang was known as Sleeper. Later he looked towards the direction of the vehicle and gave a stern warning that somebody had to do something so as to stop what was going n or he would have to deal with them. The gang lived in a neighborhood in which the buildings present were mainly bungalows. Such a neighborhood indicated that the gang has pride. Also, it was not difficult to locate a few Chevrolets. Furthermore, the walls of the majority of the buildings were covered with graffiti. Saeed Alshamsi English 102 2 The insides of the houses mainly consisted of clean and neatly arranged furniture. Similarly, it is evident that several generations of the area (Venice of America) lie in one house, and there is a feeling of togetherness. The group then begins discussing and pointing out the changes that have been occurring in Venice of America. Diaz is the first one to point out that the blacks have taken over the culture of the gangs from the Mexicans. Indeed cocaine has become abundant and readily available. As a result, the culture of the gang has been taken all wrong, and it is no longer held with the pride which one was. Also currently nobody in Venice gets rich out of the drugs rather all they do is sit and get high. The scene shifts back to the morning where Lil Sleeper and Yogi are featured in the same room in the morning. Yogi hears a noise at the door; he peeps from the window as tradition. His room acts as a reporting room for a smaller gang, which is part of the V-13. The members have to check in at the door before they are let in the room. They then proceed to the front door where they are let in by his mother. Most of the time the mother thinks that they are watching TV or playing video games. However, they are busy smoking the drugs. One time a fight breaks out in yogi’s room when sleeper busts in as the yogi and margarita are showing what they earned. He states that it is not his responsibility to stop the gang. Margarita then points out that they should begin at Colver city and they all agree. This essay is unoragnzized and lacks clarity and direction. Your thesis statement is not clear and I don’t know what you are trying to prove. You need a Works Cited Page You also need to use in-text citations to support your thesis.
