A member of the senate named Carillo Adriana mocked plans by president Barrack
Obama that was dealing with strengthening the fence for about 700 miles between Mexico and
the United States. Adriana gave an explanation about her mockery of the plans and said that
there were more Spanish people who were a third of the Mexican population. The people live in
Arizona, Texas, California, and New Mexico. She declared that there should be no fence that
should create a boundary between Mexico and the Southwestern United States since the regions
were very good in cultural and economic ties. On the other hand, Senator Lamar Smith of the
United States complained that President Obama did not deal much with illegal immigration into
the United States. The importance of the accession of the Southwest was to deal with slavery
since there was illegal immigration.
Slavery in the Southwest created moral questions, and America avoided the truth about
this statement. The problem of slavery started in Texas, affecting the southwest region before the
Mexican flag was stripped from Los Angeles and Santa Fe staff. The Democratic Party in the
Northern by the name Van Burenite had been increasingly about the cast of proslavery. The
Northern people made some conclusions on the president's compilation about the further creation
of slavery territory.
In the year 1846, In August, on the bill debate of the money that was to be used
appropriately for the war, Wilmot David came up with an improvement that helped in
fundamental conditions about the territory acquisition. For the territory to be resolved, there were
two compromises that were formed. The first one stated that the Missouri Compromise line was
about joining the Pacific and the southern people agreed to the schemes that were stated. The
next compromise was about an advocate by the name of Lewis stated that there would be the
creation of territories without the slavery mentioning hence leaving the rest of the people to do
the best in their territories without being forced to vacate. Here the people were given every
chance to create their own institutions.
