All successful firms around the world must adhere to the set rules. It can be achieved by a
frequent investigation and assessing the operation control mechanisms in place. The firm should,
therefore, have its rules that its employees must live by. In case the countries legislation is
broken, the lawsuits may arise leading to fines and penalties. All the firms employ must respect
the antitrust and compliance law by not taking advantage of the customer by either manipulation
or unfair dealings. Also, the workers should be conversant with the environmental regulations.
However, the firm must protect all the rights of the workers (Freedman, 1990). The firm should
not be involved in corruption cases, but it should embrace fairness. The firm should set a
mechanism of checking on whether the laws are adhered to.
