A nerve impulse is sent frm the brain by a motor neurone to the adrenal gland which releases adrenaline into ur bloodstream..the blood carries the adrenaline to various parts of the body.. the effects are: 
1.increases blood glucose level by speeding up the breakdown of glycogen in2 glucose in the liver..the glucose is carried to vital organs 
2.the metabolic rate is increases hnce releasing more energy to respnd to the danger 
3.rate of heartbeat is increased and blood pressure inceases too causing oxygen n glucose to be carried faster to the muscles 
4.the rate and depth of breathng is increased for rapid uptake of oxygen 
5.arterioles in the skin r constricted causing vasoconstriction resulting in paleness 
6.rate of blood coagulation increases for rapid healing of wounds 
7.the pupils in the eyes dilate to enhance vision
