The interview is the most crucial stages of job recruitment process. In this section, the
employer meets their potential employees and tries to find out more about them and their
qualifications. The result of the interview is the selection of the possible most suitable candidate
for the job with the right skill. It is the most severe and the most challenging since it presents a
