Description
Demonstration to the bedside nurse is a great method to share EBPs with staff nurses. When we teach patients through the teach-back method we usually demonstrate first then have then repeat the behavior to assure it is done right. Would you have the staff nurse repeat the EBP activity that was demonstrated to assure quality?
