Diversity is essential in a working environment since organizations have customers from
different distinct groups. Diversity training enables internet service providers to be equipped
with a high level of knowledge required to handle people with different backgrounds. This
study's focus is that lack of diversity training is a significant problem for internet service
providers. The problem hugely impacts the sales of an organization's products because
consumers are from different groups. The study's main objective will be to determine the impact
of lack of diversity training on the organization's productivity. The research will utilize a
quantitative methodology to analyze the essential variables of the study. The data will be
collected in a raw format from the sample population using questionnaires. Excel is the tool that
will help measure how the different variables being investigated impact the topic of study. The
