The move by the United Kingdom to get out of the European Union has various effects to
the global economy. The Brexit effects are not expected to affect business practices within
certain segments though other such as the financial markets are in for a big shock. Huge changes
are expected in the stock market and will severely affect different bonds applied to different
nations (Irwin, 2016). The drop in the pound is expected to affect most of the business practices
across some markets severely. As a consequence inflation is expected to rise domestically
meaning that exporting products will become more expensive in the long run (Irwin, 2016).
Nonetheless, this will increase competition among the players in the respective industries. In the
middle run, the effects of Brexit on financial markets will pass through the policies associated
