Criminal Justice Program Proposal, Part VI
This is the final part in a six part series. The biggest task is compiling and presenting all of the parts into one paper and a PowerPoint presentation. You already have the other parts from the last task I gave you but if you need me to post them again I will. If you need me to post any reading material I can do that as well. I have attached an example of how I want the PowerPoint format to look. PowerPoint Here are the assignment details:Complete the last portion of your proposal by addressing the following maintenance and change-process elements:Describe communication processes among key personnel.Describe the importance of cyclical evaluation to identify future problems and program development changes.Describe the system you will use to continuously collect stakeholder concerns and recommendations.Identify quality control criteria.Describe monitoring strategies to evaluate personnel performance and program operations.Reassess the entire program from start to finish and update any inconsistencies, contradictions, or inadequacies. (I was not given a word count for this section so fill in the info as you desire)Finalize your Criminal Justice Program Proposal by compiling Parts I through VI into one cohesive 5,250- to 7,000-word cumulative proposal. Include a table of contents and any appendices as needed in the final version submitted to your instructor.I suggest this be broken down into Six SectionsI. Problem Identification II. Program Conceptualization III. Program Development and DesignIV. Program Implementation V. Conducting The Program Evaluation VI. Program Maintenance and Change ProcessCreate a 10- to 15-slide Microsoft(r) PowerPoint(r) presentation that captures all sections of your proposal. Your presentation must represent your proposed program in its entirety.Include detailed speaker notes in the presentation. Use complete sentences, with correct grammar and punctuation, to fully explain each slide as if you were giving an in-person presentation.Format your proposal and presentation consistent with APA guidelines.

Criminal Justice: Lindbergh Baby Case, writing homework help
Hi The ability to think critically is a key skill for success in the criminal justice field. It means not taking what you heard or read at face value, but using your critical thinking faculties to weigh up the evidence and consider the implications and conclusions of the situation. The criminal justice system encompasses three main components: Police, courts, and corrections. These three components interrelate in several ways. First, they interact in the processing of specific cases. For example, police officers conduct investigations and make arrests. Offenders must then be processed by the court system, but police officers play a critical role in this process, as they might confer with prosecutors or testify at motion hearings or trials. If an offender is convicted, prosecutors might recommend the sentence and judges may consider prison overcrowding issues when deciding the final sentence.Second, these components interact at a policy level. The formal and informal decision-making processes of each component can impact the strategies and priorities of the other components. Third, the components are increasingly working together in various ways to respond to specific types of crimes. The interactions between components often result in conflict. Each component focuses on achieving different goals, and the priorities of the different components may not be consistent.Review the details of the Lindbergh Baby Case.Write a 800–1,050 word analysis of the Lindbergh case. APA FORMAT. Include the following components in your discussion:Discuss how the three components, police, courts, and corrections, apply to this case.Discuss first appearance, preliminary hearing, and arraignment as they apply to the Lindbergh baby kidnapping.Discuss adjudication as it applies to the Lindbergh baby kidnapping.Discuss sentencing as it applies to the Lindbergh baby kidnapping.Discuss corrections as it applies to the Lindbergh baby kidnapping.
