Importance of communication and leadership styles
Communication is an essential feature of teaching. An instructor ought to have a radical
communication capability to ensure that learners get the best. Good communication and relation
between the instructor and the learners are always measured from the learners' performance. The
communication skills of a teacher should ensure that the performance of a student is at a high
scope. As an instructor, communication skills will enable one to secure employment as he or she
will be able to express his capabilities and qualification to the hiring panel about the profession.
Teachers looking for employment in educational institutions need effective communication
throughout the recruitment process (Ratheeswari, 2018). Teachers should use their
communication skills in student’s comprehension. This is done through learners' participation
