Explanation & Answer
Chicago v. Morales
This case put a spotlight on a Chicago ordinance that prohibited street gang members from loitering in public places. The argument of this case is that the ordinance was unconstitutional due to its vagueness and that it restricted personal liberties. This case was decided in the favor of Morales and that the city ordinance in fact was too vague that a person of ordinary intelligence may not be able to determine the difference between legal and illegal activity.
